«Art Fixed» – a legal entity registered in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and operating through an online resource (Online Bulletin Board) Qub.Global.

Site Services – all services available for use on the Site.

Category— a section of the Site intended for placing ads with thematic content related to the topic of the title of this section.

Advertisement — information added by the User in the form of a completed form to the Site Category for the purpose of public placement of this information in the Site Category.

Non-Commercial Ad — An ad for the sale or exchange of personal property added by an individual to any Category of the Site.

Publication — public placement of an Ad in one of the Site's Categories.

Personal account – personalized Site interface with a set of user tools for using personalized Site Services.

User – any individual or legal entity that voluntarily registered and received an account to use the Site's Services.

Ad placement rules – these Rules governing relations «Art Fixed» and the User during the entire period of providing and accessing the User's personalized services on the Site.

3.1. The User assumes all responsibility related to the content of the Ad in accordance with the Rules of the Site and in accordance with the legislation of the Netherlands.

3.2 Only registered Users who have logged in by entering their username and password, or logged in via social networks, are allowed to create and Publish ads.

3.3. The User has the opportunity to Publish, unpublish, edit, delete, highlight, re-publish the Ad to the top of the Category list, mark as privileged any Ad that is allowed to be published on the Site.

3.4. The Site's free Services include Publishing non-commercial ads, editing ads without changing the section of the Block, unpublishing ads, and deleting ads.

3.5. Paid Services of the Site include such services as Publishing commercial Ads, highlighting Ads, re-publishing to the top of the list of Categories, the status of a privileged ad (VIP ad), re-raising an ad in the feed.

3.6. Payment for paid Services of the site is made according to the price list displayed when creating an Ad or in the list of Ads in the Personal Account of the Site.

3.7. Payment is made using the payment methods available on the Site.

3.8. In case of non-compliance of the Site Services with the stated requirements, the User has the right to request a refund of funds paid for this Service, after reviewing the requirements for a refund and making a positive decision, the funds will be returned to the account specified by the User.

3.9. Regular violation of these Rules entails indefinite blocking of the Account and its associated email address, IP addresses, and phone numbers. Funds used during Account blocking are non-refundable.

4.1. Ads submitted to a Category that doesn't match the Ad object.

4.2. Ads for a product or service that doesn't exist.

4.3. Submission of an Ad with two or more transaction items.

4.4. Submitting an Ad twice or more with the same transaction object.

4.5. Photos that are not related to the object of the transaction. Drawings, graphics, text labels, and numbers (except for the date of the photo). Photos with bright backgrounds that highlight photos from the list of other ads. All photos that do not meet this requirement will be deleted immediately.

4.6. Submission of ads on religious and occult topics.

4.7. Submission of advertisements for loans, mortgages, loans or other financial services without specifying the full details of the legal entity providing this service.

4.8. Submission of advertisements discrediting the honor, dignity or other business reputation of individuals or legal entities.

4.9. The ad text may not contain contact information, phone numbers, bank account numbers, email addresses, location addresses, or links to websites.

4.10. Ads with erotic, pornographic, obscene, or extremist content in the text, title, or photos.

4.11. Placement of advertisements about the provision of services for installing software, replacing software, and other services of a similar nature, if this entails a violation of the legislation on intellectual property rights.

4.12. Ads with text or separately written words using capital letters (Caps lock), for example, I SELL a CAR or with the use of special features.symbols that make the Ad visually more visible.

4.13. Announcements of transactions with any type of documents or forms of personal documents that are not subject to transfer to third parties.

4.14. Ads for the sale of medical, narcotic, psychotropic and other substances prohibited for sale or requiring a special license.

Exception: Approved medical substances in the Netherlands and if the sale takes place in the Netherlands from a legal entity.

4.15. Publish information that may violate or violates the applicable laws of the Netherlands.

5.1 The Site Administration is not responsible for the content of ads.

5.2 The Site Administration assumes the right to perform the following actions:

5.2.1 Delete Posts when multiple complaints are received.

5.2.2 Delete Posts related to items 4.2, 4.5, 4.6, 4.8, 4.9, 4.10, 4.11, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 these rules.

5.2.3 Remove Ads related to items from Publication 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 4.12 these rules allow the User to edit previously unpublished Ads for re-publication. Systematic violation of the following points 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 4.12 deletes Publications and blocks the User's account.
